Additional Information
Our simple 1 2 3 price structure is a simple way to know what your bill will entail.
We don’t believe in fees for unreasonable reasons.
All services have a set hourly rate based on the size of the truck and the amount of Cool Cats you’ll need. We have a 2 hour minimum and increases in 15 minute increments thereafter.
One way travel time to or from our depot in Oakleigh will be added to the bill.
Items weighing 70kg and above that cannot be moved with a trolley or dolly will incur a $100 relocation fee that goes directly to the movers (not the company) as it’s getting to the higher end of the OH&S lifting scale.
This excludes ALL white goods (fridges, washing machines and dryers) for the simple reason that everyone has these items and can be easily moved with a trolley.
Payment
We accept cash and bank transfers and is due once move is completed.
Trucks
Our Cool Cat trucks are equipped with blankets and shrink wrap to protect fragile items whilst in transit and dollies and trolleys to manoeuvre through your next move with ease.
Insurances
